Coordination and Negotiating Strategy
Through coordinated efforts, it is aimed that an amplified One Pacific Voice will be heard throughout the INC process, resulting in Pacific concerns incorporated into the new Internationally Legally Binding Agreement on Plastic. To this end, the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) developed the One Pacific Strategy for enhanced, effective engagement that will guide coordinated support for our Pacific Islands Members.
